Richard Kishpaugh appeals an order awarding custody of his natural child, Brian Kishpaugh, to William and Kathryn Kornmayer, the boys maternal grandparents. Richard challenges the trial courts finding that the presumption in favor of a natural parent, must recently articulated by this Court in Hutchison v. Hutchison, 649 P.2d 38 (Utah 1982), had been rebutted and that it was in the best interests of the child to award custody to the maternal grandparents. We affirm the trial court.
